Do the free messages reset every month?

Yes. Your 10 free messages reset on the 1st of every calendar month, automatically. No signup required.

Is my conversation data private?

Yes. Your messages are used only to generate replies in the moment. We don't sell your data, share it with third parties, or use it to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How does billing work for iOS vs. Chrome?

iOS Pro is billed through Apple — manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Chrome Pro is billed through Stripe. Both are $2.99/month with no contracts.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — 14-day refund for new subscribers. For iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Chrome, email support@kinshipapps.com.

What happens when I cancel?

You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then automatically revert to the free tier with 10 messages/month. No data is deleted.
